Successfully completed the WIIS Poland – NGC Young Female Leaders in Security Mentoring Program 2023-2024, which supports female students and graduates pursuing careers in international security, defense, and peace studies. Gained mentorship from industry experts and developed expertise in areas such as security policy, leadership in defense, and global security challenges. Participated in workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities, enhancing skills in strategic thinking, career development, and navigating the security sector as a young professional.

Responsible for designing and implementing innovative educational projects into the Polish school curriculum, with a focus on modernizing teaching methods and integrating advanced technologies. Collaborated with government stakeholders, educators, and tech experts to develop programs that enhance student engagement and foster digital literacy. Skilled in project planning, cross-sector coordination, and delivering impactful solutions in the education sector.

Completed 80 hours of workshops focused on soft skills development, including leadership, communication, and teamwork. Designed and executed a personal project, #YouthAboutEU, aimed at raising awareness about European Union initiatives and opportunities for young people. Actively engaged in conferences and discussions, promoting youth involvement in EU-related projects. Gained valuable experience in project management, public speaking, and fostering civic engagement among peers.
