I like to spend 1 day every week for 2 hours of intensive football games. On Sundays i spend time playing 2 hours of badminton. Usually i have 2 individual sessions of squash per week 1 hour each with my Amazon colleagues. 

I enjoy going to the gym, it's a routine. Minimum 5 times a week.
