The SMILE Fund is a charity that focuses on improving the wellbeing as well as integration of children in the Children's Home of Dolní Počernice. As Head Organiser, I was in charge of planning events to entertain the children as well as attract donors to support children, especially in expanding access to therapeutic services. This included organising Halloween treasure hunts as well as a Christmas donation, amongst other things.

I worked with the British Chamber of Commerce in Prague to organise and plan events regarding their women-empowering, feminist movement. This included 'Power Talks', collaborating with brands such as Kerastase to help support women on their career paths, guiding them through the process, as well as helping organise the annual Equilibrium opening, where we matched mentors to mentees to make this encouragement and assistance more personalised.

Craft Explosion is a creative firm that designs and crafts headpieces, accessories, and costumes for high-end events such as Coachella, Buring Man, as well as pageants including Miss Czech Republic, Miss International, and Miss Universe. I participated in the creation, designing, modelling, and media recognition.

• Choose textures and accessories meticulously; this enhances overall aesthetic appeal of outfits.
• Developed unique garment designs by researching latest fashion trends.
• Maintained a close eye on the production process and ensured strict adherence to design specifications.
• Monitored fitting sessions to ensure a perfect fit and fall on models.
