Vendula Donátová

I am an experienced Market gardener with over 5 years of experience in Horticulture, vegetable growing and entrepreneurship. Excellent reputation for resolving problems and building customer satisfaction. On a personal note, I am an enthusiastic person, always interested in undertaking new challenges and searching for opportunities for innovation. I am a highly motivated and organized team worker and am also used to working on my own initiative. My passion is growing food and sharing these skills with others, which has led me to work as a Volunteer Coordinator at a community farm which I helped to establish. I am always willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities to meet team goals.

In 2020 I participated in a EWA 2020 competition organized by the European Innovation and technology Institute and won second prize which included bursary for establishment of my first farm.

During my undergraduate studies I have undertake two Erasmus+ internship on different vegetable farms, broadening my knowledge abroad and then using it further to develop our own start-up.
