  • ServiceNow Product ownership for HW Devices area . Closed cooperation with ServiceNow Architects and Developers to build new Enterprise ServiceNow instance in 2023 and ongoing improvements in 2024 .
  • Streamlined HW Devices Request flows by implementing automation approval tools. Reduction of the request time cycle and workload reduction
  • Fostered strong relationships between the IT departments and secure automated integration between Service Desk incident records and Devices ordering system . Reduction of the request time cycle , reduction of workload and improvement of user satisfaction .
  • Facilitated ServiceNow knowledge sharing among the Devices team members through regular trainings sessions.
  • Transformed the Laptop disposal process in Kyndryl . From simple scrapping policy to much efficient and environmentally friendly policy, where laptops are sold to employees or 3rd party buers on the end of the live cycle .
