Preparation of various use-cases for RB SEMM Corporate branch for client acquisition or cross sell, Preparation of market research analysis for Board Member and B-1 management, Creating of numerous reports such as pregrading of a potential client, probability of a client to leave RB or various transaction analysis to check how clients use services of RB competitors.

Summary:

Preparation of cash flow models or valuations, communication with RB SEMM Branch network, presentation of RB services to potential client, revising projects of other team members and mentoring junior team.

Example of projects and responsibilities:

Preparation and presenting valuation (DCF approach including preparation of WACC or different type of approaches such as liquidation method) directly to clients for their mutual settlement or acquisition. Preparation of different ad-hoc cash flow models to measure return of investment. Active participation on RB Workshops for clients.

Summary:

Maintaining financial objectivities during the fiscal year in cooperation with UK Research & Development finance and business leaders.

Example of projects and responsibilities:

Preparing valuation of intangible assets. Monthly forecasting and reporting of P&L. Preparing budgets and overseeing their realization. Preparing monthly cost capitalization process for software under development. Preparing documents for audit.

Detailed reporting of selected companies, preparing valuation of companies from J&T portfolio, revising valuations of team members.

Example of projects and responsibilities:

Project manager for selected retail store - communication with CEO and CFO. Preparing valuation and reports and their presentation directly to J&T management (using DCF approach including preparation of WACC). Preparing different ad-hoc reports (exposition of selected counterparty to J&T across all mutual projects or preparing project´s settlement).
