As a highly motivated first-year Master's student in Developmental Biology at Charles University, I bring a robust academic foundation and practical experience in molecular biology and biochemistry. Having completed my Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry of Organisms at the same university, I further enriched my academic journey through a semester on the Erasmus program at University College London in 2022. During my time at UCL, I delved into advanced courses such as Cancer Biology, Developmental Biology, and Molecular Applications in Genetics.
Since 2022, I have been actively working as a lab technician at the Institute of Molecular Genetics, where I have honed my skills in essential molecular biology techniques. My practical expertise is complemented by a deep knowledge of immunohistology, immunofluorescence, and both light and fluorescent microscopy. Additionally, I am proud to have co-authored a to-be-published research paper, reflecting my commitment to contributing to the scientific community.
Looking ahead, I am enthusiastic about applying for a PhD position upon the completion of my Master's degree. I am eager to bring my academic and practical experiences to new challenges and further advancing my research skills and contributing to groundbreaking discoveries.
