Project: Using Integrative structural biology approaches for the characterization of intrinsically disordered proteins.

  • Structural characterization of Microtubule-associated protein 2c (MAP2c) in complex with microtubules and regulatory partners by means of cryo-electron microscopy and In-cell NMR spectroscopy.
  • Structural characterization of Mycobacterial molybdenum co-factor biosynthesis protein (MoaB) and RNA transcription initiation protein Sigma-A by means of x-ray crystallography and small angle x-ray scattering.
