Summary

I'm Mainframe administrator with 15 years of experience on Mainframe platform. From Operations I learnt how to perform base investigation of issues, support of system shutdown and initialization and gained basics of JCL. As system administrator I deepen my knowledge of the zOS, facing various challenges during products maintenance, I've got also experience with RACF, Storage and Capa/Perf.

I am currently focused on CICS, IMS and MQ.

On all three positions I demonstrated my responsibility to others by creation or improvement of in-team education. I identified essential skills required on the position, cooperated with other teams to organize courses, created a path for newbies and in many cases became their coach.
