Handle of all possible complains
Handle individual travel reservations within hotel chain (DUO, Carol, BOOKQUET, OLDINN, Růže)
Process bookings via phone, email, and online reservation systems.
Manage availability, rates, and special requests according to client needs and preferences.
Ensure accurate input of guest information, travel dates, and service details into the reservation system.
Provide excellent customer support to travelers by addressing inquiries and offering tailored recommendations.
Assist clients with modifications or cancellations of existing reservations.
Resolve any issues related to reservations, such as overbookings, room preferences, or special accommodations.
Monitor and manage payment deadlines to ensure timely collection of payments.
Keep track of seasonal promotions, discounts, and packages to maximize booking opportunities.
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
Handle the check-in and check-out process
Confirm and modify room reservations through the hotel’s booking system.
Handle walk-in guest reservations based on room availability.
Provide accurate information on room types, rates, and special promotions.
Assist guests with special requests, such as room upgrades, transportation arrangements, and wake-up calls.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details in the hotel's property management system.
Training of new colleagues.
Process payments, including cash, credit card, and room charges.
Prepare daily reports on room occupancy, guest feedback, and other relevant data for hotel management.
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled and rooms are ready.
