Summary

Feeling old, when writing my summary.

Started as a pure no-one, responsible for 1st level, 24/7 support of IT services at Skoda Auto Company.

Than I grew up and move to Trask Solutions, and provided 2nd level support of Intranet, eshops and applications based on IBM Websphere at Skoda Auto Company.

Then I moved to the Commerzbank, being a Team Leader of WebSphere team.

Now, As the Head of the CI/CD Department in Prague, I lead teams using DevOps methodologies to manage our CI/CD processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality software releases. I oversee team structures, coordinate support, and work closely with HR to recruit top talent.

Additionally, as an Interim Product Owner working between Prague and Frankfurt, I integrate AI into our software development, driving the implementation of innovative AI use cases to enhance our technological capabilities. This dual role allows me to blend leadership with cutting-edge innovation, advancing our development processes.

What I am doing to prevent burnout?

Enjoying my time with family (wife and daughter), love sport (football, jogging, cycling, badminton) and travel. 

Also I am taking care of our cottage, which is mainly weekend time, so that the stress level from daily business is reduced well. 

I am still playing FIFA on my Play Station , started by 1997. 

And I love coffee.
