Directly Provide IT Solutions that meet projects shape, delivery, deployment, and operations
I directly manage and lead cloud engineers, release managers, delivery managers, program and project managers, team leads & solution integration teams, where I am responsible for their demands and allocations worth $2-3 million per year.
Accountable for service operations delivery, roadmap development, program development & strategic planning, building, hiring & growing teams, training, mentoring & management, process improvement, streamlining & automation. Applying devsecops & SAFe agile practices, financial planning & resource allocation, outsourcing, managed services, SLA & KPI management.
Responsibilities encompass strategy, investment, business development and operations, budgets, operational excellence and change management
Global team experience/Collaboration with strong interpersonal, networking, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Project Responsibilities:
- Defining roadmaps and prioritization of backlog
- Capture, analyze, and validate business needs of customers, using data from various sources
- Adhere to projects security and compliance policies and procedures.
- Responsible for driving risk and issues mitigation
- Partnering with engineering teams to drive features and changes
- Ensure controls are in place for all projects execution by establishing governance like validations of configuration items and Infra/Environment Management
- Timely and transparent status reporting of projects and their performances.
- Forward looking with passion to seek opportunities and challenge status quo
- Served as SPOC for customer concerns
- Constant contributor to Service area Improvement, always stayed on top with customer satisfaction score
