• Processing AP invoices for MEE manufacturing sites as per local tax and accounting legislation
• Maintaining accurate AP ledger records
• Assisting business in investigating into issues impacting the reporting
• Delivering and completing projects within the P2P department including new system implementation and consequent testing

Serving as primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, managing inquiries, appointments, and treatment coordination.

• Guide patients through IVF procedures, providing detailed information, emotional support, and tailored care throughout their journey.
• Coordinate between medical teams, labs, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate patient records, scheduling, and follow-up communication in compliance with clinic protocols and privacy regulations.
