I am a skilled and highly motivated Front-End developer with over 7 years of experience in web development. My other interests include visual design in general and web design in particular. Front-End Web Development for me lies within combining the art of design with the science of programming. The harmony of visual design and user experience, efficient optimization of web pages, and brand consistency across all web pages assemble into a high quality product. I understand the importance of teamwork in close cooperation with back-end developers, graphic designers, and UX designers to ensure consistency of all elements of web development. Generally speaking, I am a team player, but also able of making independent decisions. Multitasking is my professional trait that helped me learn to prioritize, organize my time and the time of my teammates and solve tasks as quickly as possible. Additionally, my experience includes interviewing candidates for the team and subsequent training of the new colleagues.
