• Close cooperation with regional managers of dispersed teams on: team-building, conflicts resolutions, building engagement and diagnosis of strengths and developmental areas
• Taking part in preparation of managers to cyclical annual appraisal and engagement surveys (Gallup), giving feedback and supporting managers in building engagement plans
• Regular reporting of HR KPI - such as: turnover, days off, sick leaves, performance - and giving recommendations
• Providing high quality services for internal customers

• Responsible for conducting welcoming, onboarding and developmental trainings for managers and representatives in the regions
• Supporting local and international development projects ( e.g

'Customer Experience Management')

• Taking part in Assessment/Development centres as an assessor
• Analyses of 360-degree feedback reports and giving feedback to managers

• Responsible for conducting welcoming and onboarding trainings for managers and representatives in the regions
• Diagnosis of training needs and conducting developmental trainings
• Preparation and maintaining a 'city game' to build a team spirit in a new sales team in the division
