As an analytics leader, I've built a self-driven analytical organization that grew from three analysts to over 10 people across the EU, completely revolutionizing basic analytics from manual MS Excel solutions to cutting-edge cloud-based technologies. Among our developed solutions are owned analytical software platforms, state-of-the-art data lakes, event-driven data pipelines handling 65 million rows daily, and generative AIs solutions. I have successfully hired, managed, promoted, and coached individuals in diverse roles such as Business Intelligence Engineers, Data/ML Pipeline Engineers, Research Scientists, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Development Engineers across six different countries. Over the course of nearly four years, my team successfully developed:

• two fully owned software products. Each product had over 8000 active concurrent users worldwide every day and a budget exceeding 1 million USD;
• a data and analytics architecture on the AWS cloud that serves over 20000 users daily;
• a data and analytics strategy for EU organizations that set the standard in the EU;
• implementation of the most efficient EU data privacy and security program, while also delivering roadmaps for numerous medium and large products and implementing over 100 reporting solutions;
• an architecture solution for the data pipeline to a significant AWS customer through the Amazon and Customer Collaboration mechanism.

In addition to my own duties, I've taken on the role of assessing and hiring technical professionals worldwide (tech BR), successfully recruiting over 50 individuals for different teams at Amazon.

Leader of a worldwide analytical organization that supported people and technology team. After combining two separate regional teams, I created an entirely fresh organization. My responsibilities in this position included overseeing a team in two regions: the EU and the USA, where I hired and onboarded more than 20 new roles. My team and I have successfully delivered:

• fully automated cloud-based reporting and analytical solutions to over 10,000 users worldwide, utilizing technologies such as AWS Redshift, S3, Glue, and Tableau;
• a data privacy program to comply with GDPR;
• 40 analytical projects of medium or large size;
• a global analytical strategy backed by a roadmap for efficient implementation;
• advanced analytics capabilities such as workload forecasting tools and action recommendations;
• a standardized architecture and product portfolio as a robust global data and analytics platform.

In multiple assignments, I delivered several data analytics solutions (dashboards, analysis, prediction models, and business reviews) to support business objectives like marketing campaigns, the best product selection, or the most efficient market expansion strategy for Amazon businesses in the EU. I led the collaborative effort of six significant technical projects across the US and EU, working with software, product, and other technology and engineering teams. I was responsible for migrating an Oracle DB from on-premise to AWS Redshift in the native cloud environment.

With a focus on error reduction in fabric and home care products across Western Europe, I was responsible for the quality control of EU-wide consumer products developments. I developed a reporting solution for quality incident management and defect prediction. Several key achievements were achieved in this role, including the implementation of a quality scorecard for 10 vendors across the EU, which reduced defect ratios by more than 1000 bps and saved the company over 1 million USD.
