- Leading and developing team of logistics specialists to ensure successful planning and execution of daily operations
- Monitoring logistics performance via various KPIs and overall transportation costs
- Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures
- Close collaboration with customer towards higher efficiency
- Automation of processes
- Conducting recruitment interviews

- Technical management of team (shift planning; task distribution and more)
- Ensuring smooth operation of daily transportation processes within Control Tower
- Achieving and maintaining quality and performance standards specified by customers

- Performing customer service tasks, e.g. managing transport orders, communicating with customers/partners
- Guaranteeing smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using TMS solution
- Providing solutions in case of transport delays

Responsible for multiple EU customer accounts with main goal to provide end-to-end solution for customer in terms of product (usually a CD, DVD or Blu-ray).
