After selling my company I got back to the activities I was doing and loved before, as a young girl to have more freedom and combine thinks I love and can do well.

Founded, owned and managed the PR&Marketing agency Parliamo.

Within the 14 years we built a reliable and stable company with steady growth and approximately 20 employees.

Except all the managing tasks, such as finance, HR, Sales, etc. I was always leading teams of our employees and participated on the daily work with our clients.

Among many other fields (education, automotive industry, crossborder campains for German Cities and Regions...)

I always focused on winter sports and mainly skijumping and other nordic disciplines.

My first job:

I was very lucky with the boss, who gave me all the responsibility and trusted me even I did mistakes.

He very soon let me make contracts with hotels and guest houses, find guests and do all the marketing activities. It was the time without smartphones, applications and reservation systems.

Accommodation Manager for Junior World Championship Nordic Skiing 1993 - all my responsibility from contracts with the hotels till financial tasks and communication with all the teams and officials. That was a very formative experience.
