As an Administration Junior Specialist at Allegro, I was primarily responsible for managing business trips for employees, including organizing transportation, accommodation, and preparing documentation for accounting in the SAP system, with which I gained basic experience. Since my workplace was physically located at the reception desk, I occasionally stepped in to cover for receptionists as needed, taking care of visitors, handling mail, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area. Additionally, I handled various ad hoc tasks and provided daily support for office processes, which required effective coordination and collaboration with other departments.
At Dejvická Drogérie, I provided customer service at the counter and cash register. My responsibilities also included pricing products, labeling them, and arranging them on the sales floor. Additionally, I worked with the Zásielkovna/Packeta system, which was integrated into the store's operations, ensuring its daily functionality and managing parcel handling.
