Motivated and detail-oriented student researcher with hands-on experience in molecular biology and laboratory diagnostics. Proficient in essential techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation, qPCR, RT-PCR, and gel electrophoresis. Adept at following complex protocols, analyzing experimental data, and maintaining rigorous laboratory standards. Eager to expand expertise and continuously learn through involvement in advanced research projects and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Since my undergraduate studies, I have been actively involved in laboratory work, where I have become proficient in a wide range of experimental techniques—from basic protocols to advanced molecular methods. Currently, I am engaged in two ongoing research projects, contributing regularly to DNA and RNA isolation, RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry, data analysis, and other core laboratory tasks.
During the internship, I gained hands-on experience with standard molecular techniques used in DNA diagnostics, including DNA extraction, qPCR and RT-qPCR with using different Micro and Mini DNA kits, and gel electrophoresis. This work complemented and expanded upon the theoretical and practical knowledge I had acquired through previous laboratory projects.
