  • Transforming Customer Success Unit, from selling opportunities & reactive hours engagements in to delivery consumption plan projects & high margin support. New billable DNA into every person in organization. I´ve transformed free pre-sale model into paid high margin consulting from 10% to 35% in single Year.
  • Accomplished PPF Group machine learning project for HR division, Improving talent pipeline mgmt.., quality of assessment, attraction of talent loyalty and significant decrease of retention in Asia region. This resulted in a positive impact to net income of PPF group by +25mio EUR.
  • Established partnership with ESET a Gartner leader security company, Re-platform all major ESET software assets to MS Cloud, which is serving millions of users globally.
