DUTIES

• Installation of hydraulic press
• (540 bar maximum pressure) Operating of hydraulic press
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the press
• Service,repair or replace hydraulic and pneumatic holes , actuator or cylinders and filters and compressors
• Servicing of pumps such as hydraulic pumps and transfer pumps
• Working on manual and automatic valves
• Working on conveyors (Mat pneumatic, bucket and screw conveyors) Working on Hydraulic unites system
• Seals (O-ring, parking, gasket, radial and piston rings) Bearing (ball, roller, needle, thrust and spherical)

DUTIES

• Install,maintain,repaired troubleshoot stationary industrials machinery and mechanical equipments such as: Pumps (centrifugal, gear, piston, and diaphragm), Hydraulic press (640 bar maximum pressure) Boilers Air Compressors Gears (spur, bevel, helical and rack), Couplings (rigid, flexible and universal), Bearings (ball, roller, needle, thrust and spherical) Seals (O-ring, mechanical, bellow, parking, gasket, radial and piston rings), Heat Exchangers (plate, tubular and shell n tube) Valves (butterfly, ball, globe, plug, gate, check etc.) Conveyors (belt, chain, disc, screw, bucket, pneumatic, mat and roller) Play major role in Maintenance Planning (PMs) Read diagrams, P n ID’s and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures, maintenance and services on equipment’s
• Fit bearings and check for rolling members tolerance, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances
• Align and test couplings, chucking motor soft foot and making any necessary adjustments with laser aligning tool
• Repair or replaced effective parts, perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per established standards
• Service,repair or replace hydraulic and pneumatic holes, actuator or cylinders and filters and compressors
• Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures by putting on require PPE’s and obtaining the appropriate work permits (general work, hot work, work at height, chemical handling confined space etc.) for job to be executed.

DUTIES

• General servicing of Air-conditions and refrigerators
• Evacuating and charging of a compressor.
