• Implemented a product-led approach, applying Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), roadmapping, sprint planning, and agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) to a supply chain application previously managed with a waterfall approach.
• Optimizing the AWS cloud infrastructure, resulting in annual cost savings by €50K.
• Secured third place in a cross-functional team hackathon by designing an app in Adobe XD.
