• Collaboration with designers (mechanic, electronic, software) to ensure the product quality and standards application

• In charge of the warranty parts analysis for different automotive manufacturers (Daimler, PSA) in an AC lines production plant
• Responsible of the implementation of an analysis area
• Developing a new way to manage warranty that complies to VDA standards (team structure, procedures, KPIs...), the goal being to transversalize the method worldwide
