• Responsible for product costing cycles and related impact into P&L and BS;
• Innovator in management control reporting and plant financials KPI follow up.
• Managing four cost controllers and cooperating with Regional Finance Managers in P&L closing, budget and forecast preparation;

• Improved asset financing management over 13 bank accounts by building new treasury dashboard;
• Group controlling system put in place (approx 50 €/M of total turnover, 150 employee);
• In charge of Intercompany merger project management;

• Performed product costing setup and settlement for new models Jeep Renegade and Fiat 500x (more than 300 k cars yearly production);
• Responsible for data quality in all product costing activities, from monthly P&L closing to budget preparation and quarterly forecast deadlines;
• Acting as main CFO support when providing all requested audit evidences (Internal and External);

Auditing of statutory financial statements and subsidiaries reporting packages according IAS/IFRS and ITA Gaap, by coordinating 3 to 5 team members in each engagement;
