• Responsibility for serial and launch projects (Body Control Modules)
• Cooperation with development team
• Production line release MCA, MSA, PCA
• Solving of quality issues in production on the daily basis
• Leading of internal meetings for definition of corrective and preventive actions to avoid failures in production
• Implementing of corrective and preventive actions in production process
• Using of quality tools and methods: Ishikawa diagram, 5Why, Pareto chart, 8D reports, BQR, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, ISO/TS 16949
• Fulfilling of customer requirements
• Daily communication with customers
• Customer claims - 8D
• Continuous improvement of production process to fulfill quality and production targets (FPY, 0KM, scrap)

• Support the daily activities at the assembly line, pre-production and processes
• Preparation of training and working procedures for implementation of new processes into production
• Managing of internal project with a emphasis on quality - Project Implementation of traceability process
