I managed inventory levels, created discounts and refunds for out-of-stock items, scheduled delivery, and optimized product flow as a coordinator for online purchases. This necessitated continuous inventory level monitoring, prompt customer and supplier communication, and strong collaboration with logistics service providers. In order to find chances for process improvement and cost reduction, I also examined sales data and trend data. Ultimately, managing internet orders is a complex and difficult job.

• Started my own company to provide installation and maintenance services for specialized equipment.
• First project involved providing installation services to KENGIC Intelligent Technology Co Ltd for the CBS (cross belt conveyor system) at the Delhivery warehouse located at the Delhi cargo hub airport.
• Second project involved the installation of the ASRS (automated storage and retrieval system) at the Myntra warehouse in Bilaspur, Haryana.
• Third project involved the installation of the TBC (telescopic belt conveyor) at the Delhivery warehouse once again.
• Fourth project involved the fabrication of metallic equipment for Steel Fab Engineer located in Mumbai.

I have worked as a project engineer, where my responsibilities included the delivery, installation, and maintenance of special purpose machines (SPMs) across India, utilizing the allocated manpower. In addition, I provided lateral support to Kengic Intelligent Equipment Ltd in the installation of conveyors and TBCs in Delhi for Delhivery Ltd and in Gurugram for Myntra and Flipkart.

• Responsibility: Inspection of piping and equipment in refinery along with technical aid to the piping design team. locating, analyzing, highlighting, and reporting any equipment-related integrity issues in Hindustan petroleum refinery located in Mumbai
