In charge of organizing and planning seating for customers, working with an online system and taking phone calls for reservations. In charge of ensuring customer satisfaction and dealing with last minute changes in a fast paced environment.

Registration specialist in a company that organizes events and conferences for international organizations, most communication being in English. My position being responsible for all communication involved in the registration process with the clients and participants, as well as working with the IT team in planning and building the registration platform.

As a salon assistant, my responsibilities extended from performing cosmetic procedures, selling cosmetic products, planning clients appointments and maintaining the salon.
