Procurement Specialist:

- Analysing and monitoring budgets, aligning orders with financial plans;
- Creating and processing purchase orders;
- Controlling procurement expenses and ensuring cost efficiency;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support ongoing business and IT needs.
Project work (Project Coordinator):
- Coordinating global IT equipment replacement across manufacturing sites;
- Communicating with various departments to align equipment replacement timelines;
- Preparing and delivering project status reports for senior management.
