• Annual monitoring of market data of remuneration and comparison of salary plans within the company with market was launched
• Some systems of variable remuneration ware created and implemented for positions of different levels (specialists, managers)
• Single document with complex logic in internal document management system that covers all possible needs for changes in payroll was created
• The dashboard with monthly comparison of the total cash of employee & market levels amount was created, automated and maintained in the actual statement.
